Information for Registration and Accommodation
On behalf of ICCPB2011 organizers, we at JTB Event & Convention Service, are pleased to act as a Secretariat of this congress for registration, paper presentation and accommodation arrangements. We are honored to work for all the participants who are attending this congress.
Ⅰ. Registration Fee & Accommodation Fee

On-site registration will be available on site.
**Each participant (except accompanying person) may submit only one abstract as the first author.
***The
registration fee for regular and student includes access to all
sessions, lectures, exhibits, symposia, poster, name badge and a
program book.
****The registration fee for accompanying person includes attendance to
opening remarks/general assembly (Jun 1) and conference banquet.
*****Accompanying persons should be your family members, and there is no accompanying person fee for children 11 and under.
******Due to time constraint, on-site registration can be made only by cash payment.
Accommodation Fee
Reservations will be made upon receipt of application form.
Hotel assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ⅱ. Application Procedure
Please click "On-line Application Form" button at the bottom of this page.
Please complete the application form and submit it to us.
Upon your submission of the application form, "Pre-Confirmation" will be sent to you automatically by E-mail. In the event of NOT receiving Pre-Confirmation, please contact us by E-mail (iccpb2011@jecs.org).
For changing your data, cancellation or additional requests, please
click the "Change or Cancellation" button at the bottom of this page.
Ⅲ. Confirmation
No later than one month prior to the congress, you will receive "Final-Confirmation" by E-mail or fax.
"Final-Confirmation" must be retained and presented to the registration desk at the congress venue,
Ⅳ. Payment
Please note that payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer.
We are sorry but, personal checks are not acceptable.
Accommodation fee cannot be paid directly to the hotel which has been reserved by JTB.
Credit Cards: Overseas Participants Only
American Express / Diners Club / Master Card / Visa cards are accepted.
Please fill your credit card information in the registration form.
Your personal data in the application form are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) System.
We
will approve your credit card in advance, however, the total amount of
the registration fee and accommodation fee will be actually charged
after the congress.
Details of your payment will be passed on to the credit card company in
advance. Due date will differ according to the credit card
company.
Bank Transfer: Japanese Participants
Please confirm the bank account specified in the invoice.
*Please note that bank transfer fee should be paid by the participant who makes a registration.
Ⅴ. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation shall be possible only if the secretariat receives written notification.
Cancellation fee will be charged as follows.

*Bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund.
*All refunds will be made after the congress.
Accommodation
*If notice of cancellation is received by JTB| 21 days of more prior to the first night of reserved hotel room stay | No charge |
| From 20 days to 8 days prior to the first night of reserved hotel room stay | 20% of daily room charge |
| From 7 days to 2 days prior to the first night of reserved hotel room stay | 30% of daily room charge |
| 1 day prior the first night of reserved hotel room stay | 40% of daily room charge |
| On the first night of reserved hotel room stay or no advanced notice given | 100% of daily room charge |
*Refunds of the hotel accommodation will be made after the congress.
**Handling charge will be deducted from the refund.
